Comfort My People

He that breaks the bow

And shatters the spear

Neither slumbers nor sleeps

For the time is near

Though the mountains fall

And the Earth doth quake

God's Holy people shall not fear

Take comfort my people

saith The Lord

Remember your God and your King

For I remember my promises

And I will faithfully bring

Over all the earth, in every nation

Comfort and peace

to those that are mine

All who come to dine

at the banquet

As the shofar sounds

for the very end time

Body Mind and Spirit

Though age oft wearies

And eyes they do grow dim

The light of God burns brightly

Quickened deep within

Memories of Golgotha’s hill

Forever  remain for all to see

That we think upon our crucified Lord

And the pains He bore for you and me

Ponder on His resurrection

And the stone that was rolled aside

The cleansing waters of His word

Pouring upon His holy bride

***

In the house of many mansions

That our dwelling place could be

By His grace and loves invitation

Jesus heals, sets the captives free

***

Shed His blood on the mercy seat

The lamb of God who knew no sin

Turned faith into His righteousness

And new creatures in Christ in Him

***

Pouring the wonders of heaven

Upon His people here and now

Latter rains in the latter days fall

Causing every knee to bow

***

Praising the name of Jesus

Singing of Our Father’s grace

Wrapped in the love of His holy Son

As by His Spirit we see His face

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem

When the shadow became the Substance!

The earth shook and the crucified Messiah

Arose from the dead

He was seen by hundreds before He ascended into heaven

Where He is seated at the right hand of GOD

His name is Jesus Christ

O’ Jerusalem

O’ Jerusalem your Golden gate

You locked, bricked up and sealed

After  The Messiah passed through it

His Presence to you again is revealed

There was a day the gates were open

And multitudes gathered to greet The Lord

Waiving palm leaves shouting Hosanna

All knew Him and sang with one accord

O’ Jerusalem wake from your slumber

Turn from the ways not of Our King

Remember the prophets and Joseph’s coat

And David’s star and what it will bring

For the King’s star is shining brightly

Over the heirs of Christ’s salvation

And the dove of peace moves swiftly

Into every heart and in every nation

O’ Jerusalem your children are gathering

And stand praising The Lord on High

For the covenant and ancient promises

Reveal God’s truth not the serpent’s lie

The Kingdom it grows daily

Millions praise The Father and Son

The Staff and Rod forever together

Manifest the victory Christ Jesus Won

They stand in the New Jerusalem

Which is without the city wall

Await The Saviour’s second coming

Our Sovereign King and Lord of all

As in Adam all die

So in Christ all shall be made alive

All to judgement, Some to life eternal

In the Kingdom of God !

Please...Think on this! 

When we stand before Christ He will say where is your brother, how shall we answer ? 

Abel was murdered by Cain the unbeliever., for Abel brought the better sacrifice.

  As Adam and  Eve stood naked in Eden they ran away from God in fear as they were condemned to death.

Yet Our God of Love and Mercy had made provision and said.......

2 chronicles 7:14 -15

If my people who are called by my name . will humble themselves and pray and seek my face, and turn away from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, forgive their sin and heal their land.  Now my eyes will be open and my ears attentive to prayer in this place!!

Surrounded by enemies they remembered their God, they turned to seek His face and hear His voice.  Only then was protection help and victory assured.

So it is today that we thank The Lord that we dwell in the secret place and abide in the shadow of the Almighty.

As it is written

Many are the plans in a mans heart but it is God's will and purpose that will prosper.

There are over 600 times in scripture where God say if you will hearken unto my word then I will prosper you and your family, heal your land, heal your sickness and protect my people.... Thats Peace, Provision, Protection and Prosperity.
